As well as new build we have particular expertise in refurbishment work including: Grade I and II listed buildings, Victorian bridges, old timber framed houses and Victorian institutional buildings.

The practice also carries out many building defect reports ranging from large multi storey offices and industrial buildings to domestic properties which have suffered subsidence. We utilise a software database programme for some of the larger reports which can be transferred directly to our clients with CD, floppy disk or word processed copies. We also prepare expert witness reports and have represented clients at the High Court in London.
